Comprehensive M&A advisory services—including actionable ideas and execution—for investment firms and companies seeking industry knowledge, an independent perspective and senior attention all focused on maximizing value.
Our team takes on important roles to add value and meet our clients’ needs: from serving as restructuring advisors and on boards of directors, to providing expert witness testimony in complex corporate litigation and offering other consulting services to assist management teams.
We provide a Restructuring Advisory team—from among the Current Capital Partners and with participation from our Advisory Board or Executive Network—with deep experience and a commitment to urgency.
We help drive value for shareholders by actively serving on boards of directors.
Current Capital Partners provides advice and expert witness services in complex corporate litigation. These services capitalize on our experience as investment bankers, corporate directors, private equity investors and operating executives.
We can be an effective catalyst for maximizing the value of investments held by investors who cannot justify the time or do not have the resources to do so.
At Current Capital Partners, private equity investing is about much more than financial engineering and investment capital. It is about partnering with corporate management teams to accelerate profitable growth and create value together.
