Jonathan F. Foster Appointed to Board of Appvion, Inc.
June 13, 2018 — Jonathan F. Foster, Founder and Managing Director of Current Capital LLC, was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of privately held Appvion, Inc., a company that produces thermal, carbonless, security, inkjet, digital specialty, and colored papers. Appvion, Inc. recently emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection through the sale of substantially all of the Company’s assets to a group of its lenders led by Franklin Advisers, Inc. Jonathan F. Foster joined the Board as a Director nominee of Franklin Advisers, Inc.
