Current Capital Appoints Two More Proven Industry Executives to Its Advisory Board

NEW YORK, NY, May 9, 2017-– Current Capital Partners LLC, a private equity investing, mergers and acquisitions advisory and management services firm focused primarily on the industrial and services industries, announced that two additional, proven industry executives have joined its Advisory Board: Timothy J. Winfrey, former Group Vice President of the Energy Systems and Controls segment at Roper Technologies Inc.; and Darryl Schimeck, Chief Operating Officer of Superheat FGH Services Inc., a provider of industrial heat treatment services, and former Chief Executive Officer of Optimer, Inc. and Veolia Environmental Services North America Corp.

The addition of Winfrey and Schimeck brings the total number of Current Capital’s Advisory Board members to seventeen. Current Capital’s Advisory Board includes current and former executives who participate in the firm’s private equity investing, mergers and acquisitions advisory and management services businesses by helping to source and execute investment, advisory and consulting opportunities.

Winfrey was the Group Vice President of the Energy Systems and Controls segment at Roper Technologies Inc. from 2002 and 2015. Prior to joining Roper, Winfrey was President of the Commercial and Retail Air Solutions division at Ingersoll-Rand plc (NYSE:IR), Director of Corporate Development at Owens Corning (NYSE: OC), and Associate Director of Corporate Development at Eaton Corporation plc (NYSE: ETN). Mr. Winfrey received an M.B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Chicago, and a B.A. degree in Geology from Colorado College.

Darryl Schimeck has been the Chief Operating Officer of Superheat FGH Services Inc. since July 2016. Mr. Schimeck has over 30 years of experience as an executive in the industrial services sector. Prior to joining Superheat, Darryl Schimeck was the Chief Executive Officer of Optimer, Inc., a manufacturer of high performance flame-resistant garments, as well as the Chief Executive Officer of Veolia Environmental Services North America Corp., a provider of industrial cleaning and hazardous waste treatment services. Mr. Schimeck has also held senior executive positions at Atlantic Plant Services, Inc., K2 Industrial Services, Inc., Kenny Industrial Services, Inc., the NSC Corporation, and Chemical Waste Management, Inc. Mr. Schimeck holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Alma College where he serves on the Board of Trustees.
