Built on Decades of Experience
Founded in 2008 by former Fortune 500 executives and finance professionals, Current Capital Partners brings together decades of experience, relationships and industry insights to advise our clients on achieving their strategic and financial objectives.
01.Primarily Serving Industrial and Services Companies
Our clients include private equity and other investment firms, as well as family-owned businesses and other private companies, principally in the industrial and services sectors. We also provide our services to numerous public companies.
02.Providing a Range of Important Services
We have three businesses—mergers and acquisitions advisory services, corporate management services and private equity investing. The experience and knowledge we gain, as well as the relationships we form in all three lines of business, benefit each client we serve.
Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory
We offer comprehensive M&A advisory services for investment firms and companies seeking actionable ideas, senior attention, industry knowledge and an independent perspective. We also provide restructuring advisory services.
Corporate Management Services
We serve on public and private boards of directors, provide expert witness advice and testimony in complex corporate litigation and offer a range of operational and strategic consulting services.
Private Equity Investing
We believe private equity investing is about much more than financial engineering and investment capital. It is about partnering with management teams to drive profitable growth and create value together.
